Description
UNDP Rwanda seeks a contractor to provide fully outsourced, pay-per-use printing, photocopying, and scanning services at its country office. The contractor must supply and install new multifunction printers and standalone duplex printers, provide print-management and accounting software, and supply consumables, spare parts, maintenance, standby equipment, and user training. Equipment remains the contractor’s property; the per-page prices must include the associated costs, excluding paper and other stationery. Scanning is included without a separate charge. The scope also includes monthly usage reports, secure user authentication and print release, usage tracking and quotas, and maintenance support, including equal-or-higher-capacity standby equipment when a reported failure is not resolved within 24 hours. The solicitation requires a technical offer and a separate financial offer, along with company eligibility and compliance records, relevant experience and references, manufacturer authorization, equipment and software evidence, technician qualifications, and work, maintenance, and training plans. The agreement is for an initial one-year term, renewable annually up to a maximum of three years, subject to satisfactory performance.
