Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Aviation at Huntsville, Alabama is soliciting a sole source contract for the supply of delay lines used in the Patriot weapon system. The requirement is restricted to Microsemi Corp-RF Signal Processing (CAGE 6Y858) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as only one responsible source can satisfy the agency's requirements. The contract will be a firm fixed price, one-time buy for two part numbers: 13646142-3 (NSN 5999-01-609-2268) and 13646142-2 (NSN 5999-01-609-2260). The solicitation includes first article testing requirements, with one unit for each part number to be tested. Delivery will be to various Army facilities, including Fort Bliss, Texas and Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. The contract is rated DO under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
