Description
Calgary Public Library is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide full-service, comprehensive, professional, and environmentally responsible services for small- to medium-sized HVAC systems, including related HVAC equipment and products. The Library may certify more than one contractor. The initial term is three years, with one optional two-year extension. Pricing must remain firm for the first 12 months, with pricing provided for years two and three. The contract is stated to commence January 11, 2027.
