Description
The U.S. Navy's NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is soliciting repair and upgrade services for a computer subassembly identified by drawing number 1072353G-4, part number 7RH 7021 016447146 P8, and NSN 80249. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, and test equipment necessary to restore the item to a Ready-for-Issue condition. The scope includes inspection, troubleshooting, component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, overhaul, and upgrades in accordance with applicable drawings, repair manuals, and specifications. The contractor must maintain process-control documentation, configuration management, quality systems meeting ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100 requirements, calibration controls, enclosed storage, and required packaging and marking procedures. The contractor must also report asset transactions, meet the proposed repair turnaround time and throughput constraints, and obtain government approval for specified repair changes, beyond-economical-repair determinations, over-and-above repairs, and certain replacement parts.
