Description
The Stockton Port District is soliciting bids for an indefinite-quantity Job Order Contract for marine construction at locations and facilities under the District's jurisdiction. The work may include small- to medium-sized repair and rehabilitation projects, replacement-in-kind work, and minor new construction involving marine and pier facilities, seawalls, floating piers, dredging, piles, concrete, structural steel, utilities, earthwork, and related construction tasks. Bidders must submit three adjustment factors: normal working hours, other-than-normal working hours, and non-prepriced work. Individual projects will be developed through joint scope meetings and issued as job orders with detailed scopes, fixed lump-sum prices, schedules, subcontractor lists, and supporting documentation. A California Class A General Engineering Contractor license, TWIC compliance, prevailing-wage compliance, a minimum 51% self-performance requirement for marine work, and a $10,000 bid security are required. The estimated annual value across all awarded contractors and trades is $10,000,000, but the Port does not guarantee that amount.
