Description
The City of Bakersfield is soliciting an electronic quote for new BIRD RF wideband power sensors meeting the brand-name and model-number specifications in the bid line items. Substitutions, grey-market products, refurbished equipment, used equipment, and recycled components will not be accepted. Bidders must be authorized BIRD resellers or partners and must be prepared to provide an OEM letter on OEM letterhead confirming authorization. Quantities are approximate, and the City does not guarantee a minimum or maximum purchase quantity. Pricing must exclude the 8.25% sales tax but include shipping and inside-delivery charges. Delivery is to be made to the City, where no loading dock or forklift is available. The purchase will be made through a purchase order subject to the City's purchase-order terms and conditions.
