The Millennium Challenge Account - Belize (MCA-Belize) is soliciting offers from eligible consultants to develop dispatch regulations for the Energy Project. The objective of the project is to lower the wholesale cost of electricity in real terms by modernizing the grid and improving system efficiency and reliability. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing comprehensive dispatch regulations that align with the project's goals. The procurement will be conducted through the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) procedures as specified in the MCC Procurement and Policy Guidelines. Interested offerors must register to obtain the bidding documents and may attend a virtual pre-offer conference.
