Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is soliciting quotes for multiple commercial fastener line items, including flat socket-head self-locking cap screws, socket flat-head self-locking cap screws, flat-head machine screws, hex-head cap screws, and hex-head self-locking cap screws. Quantities range from 50 to 300 each, with specifications, dimensions, materials, locking requirements, and applicable standards provided in the attached RFQ and item attachments. The procurement is a 100% small-business set-aside and will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria, with a single award contemplated for all items. Offerors must provide delivered pricing, FOB terms, delivery information, manufacturer and country-of-origin information, CAGE code, business size, manufacturer or distributor status, and confirmation of compliance with the specifications. Required quality documentation includes certificates of quality conformance and chemical and mechanical test results with the material. The offer must also include the completed representation under DFARS 252.204-7016; access to the drawing for one item requires a DD Form 2345 and signed security agreement.
