Description
The College of Staten Island, part of The City University of New York (CUNY), is soliciting proposals for a commercial off-the-shelf software solution to administer digital exams securely for its Department of Nursing. The desired solution should be user-friendly and adaptive, capable of identifying student knowledge gaps and recommending improvements for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the possibility of two additional one-year renewals at the College's discretion. The anticipated start date is the beginning of the Spring 2027 semester. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing the software on a per-seat basis for students, faculty, and staff, along with initial onboarding, provisioning, ongoing technical support, and optional training. Proposals will be evaluated based on best value, with emphasis on the scoring criteria outlined in Part 6 of the RFP. Vendors are required to read all terms and conditions carefully and submit any requests for clarification or exceptions in writing before the Written Questions Due Date. Exceptions must be addressed via addendum, and any requests made after the Proposal Submission Due Date may result in disqualification.
