Description
Bergen County seeks bids to establish catalog pricing for various bulk landscape materials for County needs and participating New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Alliance members. Listed commodity categories include soil conditioners and mulch, playground safety surfaces, and topsoil and fill dirt. The contract has a 12-month initial period beginning on the date of award, with one 12-month renewal option. Bidders must submit pricing using the required bid pricing workbook and indicate whether they will extend the bid pricing to other cooperative agencies. Cooperative sales are subject to a 1% administrative fee and quarterly reporting requirements. Required submissions include vendor information and specified disclosures, an employee information report certificate, a business registration certificate, and an insurance certificate. The electronic purchase order opt-in form is optional.
