Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 1,276 feet of seamless, annealed copper-alloy metallic tubing. The tubing must have a 90-10 copper-alloy composition, 0.250-inch outside diameter, 0.035-inch wall thickness, Type I/Class 200/Grade 1 characteristics, and random lengths between 144 and 240 inches. Hydrostatic testing is required, and the material must comply with MIL-T-16420K and the stated technical and quality requirements. The supplier must provide the material with required continuous marking, packaging, preservation, and shipment markings. A Certificate of Quality Compliance is required for delivered supplies, with certified manufacturer test reports when the supplier is not the manufacturer. The solicitation is full and open competition and requires delivery FOB origin within 126 days after order; the quoted quantity may vary by plus or minus 10 percent.
