Description
The City of Neptune Beach is soliciting sealed bids for rehabilitation of two concrete ground storage reservoirs at its water treatment plant, with combined capacity of 550,000 gallons. The work includes interior upgrades, repairs, and installation of a new corrosion-protection lining system for both reservoirs, along with all necessary permits, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to provide a complete, functional system. Bids must be submitted in triplicate in a sealed package. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. A five percent bid security is required in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or bid bond.
