Description
East Goshen Township is soliciting bids for a 12-month fuel contract covering an estimated 2,000 gallons of 89-octane, 10% ethanol unleaded gasoline and 8,000 gallons of No. 2 diesel fuel. Bidders must bid all items, and an escalator clause applies; quantities are estimated. The bid package also includes specifications for equipment rentals and tri-axle dump-truck rental, including an estimated 180 hours of dump-truck service. The bid form requires submission of the Township-provided forms, documentation of compliance with the Federal Drug and Alcohol Policy, and a certificate of insurance. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check equal to 50% of the grand total within 30 days after award notification.
