Description
Los Banos Unified School District (LBUSD) is issuing a public notice for a proposed Turnkey Design and Construction Energy Services Agreement. The agreement will involve the installation of energy conservation measures at multiple school sites, including Creekside Junior High School, Los Banos Junior High School, Charleston Elementary, Henry Miller Elementary, Los Banos Elementary, Mercey Springs Elementary, Miano Elementary, San Luis High School, Transitional Kindergarten Center, Volta Elementary, and Westside Union Elementary. A public hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled board meeting on June 13, 2024, to determine that the requirements of California Government Code sections 4217.10-4217.18 are met.
