Description
The U.S. Department of the Navy is soliciting repair, upgrade, testing, inspection, and overhaul services for beacon receiver assemblies identified by part number 00411300-01 and NSN 5826-015230650. The contractor must return the units to Ready For Issue condition and provide the required facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, test equipment, tooling, inspection, reassembly, and testing. Repairs must follow applicable OEM technical drawings, repair manuals, and Government configuration-management requirements. The contractor must establish repair turnaround-time and monthly throughput commitments, report asset transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system, and support Government inspection and acceptance. The scope includes procedures for beyond-economical-repair, missing-on-induction, failed or missing shop-replaceable assemblies, and over-and-above repairs. The contractor is responsible for purchased-parts controls, new materials unless otherwise approved, an ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100-compliant quality system, calibration controls, enclosed storage, and applicable military packaging.
