Description
The City seeks a qualified investment consulting firm to provide consulting, custodial, and fiduciary services for its public employee retirement system. The scope includes investment manager and fund analysis and searches, asset-allocation recommendations, performance reporting, daily manager monitoring, investment-policy review, research, and advice to the Pension Fund Board of Trustees. The consultant must also attend board and committee meetings, support manager selection and negotiations, coordinate with the actuary, provide trustee education, and assist with investment-related studies, surveys, and budgetary analysis. Proposers must demonstrate relevant municipal pension experience and maintain a full-service office or branch in Columbus, Georgia. The contract term is five years, from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2032, with automatic renewal at each fiscal-year close unless terminated under the stated terms. Proposals are submitted electronically as a single PDF through OpenBids; the solicitation also requires specified affidavits, proposal sections, and business documents.
