Description
The Metropolitan Airports Commission is seeking a qualified operator to install and manage a nonexclusive ATM concession at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport. The selected operator must propose and operate at least 10 ATMs across Terminals 1 and 2, including at least eight in Terminal 1 and two in Terminal 2, with a minimum of two locations accepting deposits. ATMs must provide multilingual capability, dispense U.S. currency, support account-balance inquiries, comply with ADA requirements, and be maintained with reliable service and minimal downtime. The agreement has a five-year base term with a two-year optional extension. The operator is responsible for ATM installation, required utility extensions, telecommunications, operation, maintenance, and related costs. Each agreement year requires an annual guarantee of at least $200,000, and the operator must pay MAC 50% of airport-originated surcharge and out-of-network fees. Bidders must currently operate at least 50 ATMs for the preceding three years and be an FDIC- or NCUA-approved financial institution.
