Description
Madison-Oneida BOCES, on behalf of participating school districts, is soliciting bids for a requirements contract covering cafeteria groceries and meats. Vendors must provide product pricing by package and size, manufacturer and item information, product specifications, USDA-related domestic-origin compliance certifications, and delivery to one or more participating school districts. The award may be made by line item, group of common items, or total award, and vendors must be able to make at least two deliveries per month when needed. The bid package requires completed bid and certification forms, a completed Excel bid spreadsheet in both hard-copy and electronic formats, references, product specification sheets where applicable, and a 5% bid security in the form of a check, money order, certified funds, or bid bond unless the solicitation's bid-security exception is marked. The contract term is January 1 through June 30, 2027, with a possible 60-day extension. The solicitation also requires original wet-ink signatures and a certificate of insurance with the bid.
