Description
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission is soliciting bids for Contract No. TS-622A, Capital Project 1215A, involving rehabilitation of the Portland-Columbia Toll-Supported Pedestrian Bridge. The work includes bridge painting, concrete deck replacement, bearing replacement, drainage system replacement, handrail replacement, conduit and pull box installations, substructure repairs, and steel superstructure repairs. The project also includes repairs to the Locust Street Overpass at the Commission’s Portland-Columbia Toll Bridge facility, consisting of deck joint replacement at both abutments. Bids must be submitted electronically through Bid Express; paper bids will not be accepted. Contract documents are available online through the Commission’s website and Bid Express.
