The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to solicit construction services to repair water intrusion affecting a sterile area below a bathroom and deteriorated flooring in operating-room areas. The work includes bathroom renovation, demolition, plumbing modifications, wall-hung toilet installation, wall and floor tile, approximately 1,600 square feet of resinous flooring with integral cove base, substrate preparation, moisture testing and remediation, related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications, infection-control containment, and restoration of affected areas.
