Description
The Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water and Sewer Commission is soliciting bids for on-call boring services. The contractor must furnish labor, tools, equipment, incidentals, permits, and traffic control necessary to bore pipes complete in place in sizes ranging from 2 inches to 24 inches; JWSC will provide the pipe materials. Unit pricing is requested per linear foot. The scope also includes pressure testing of fused pipe or casing, fusion logs, and submission of as-installed bore profiles with at least a redlined construction plan for JWSC approval. Bidders must be licensed Georgia underground utility contractors and must schedule boring work within three weeks after purchase-order approval. The bid package requires the Bid Form, references, required affidavits and agreements, and a USB copy in addition to the original and two paper copies.
