Description
The Centre de services scolaire des Draveurs is soliciting bids for interior masonry repairs at École Polyvalente de l'Érablière, École Polyvalente Nicolas-Gatineau, École secondaire du Versant, and École primaire du Bois Joli in Gatineau, Quebec. The work must be performed during evenings and/or weekends in accordance with the work schedule. Bids may be submitted in sealed envelopes or electronically through the SEAO system. A bid security equal to 10% of the total bid amount, excluding applicable taxes, is required. The bid security may be a certified cheque, irrevocable letter of guarantee, or bid bond, and must remain valid for 45 days from bid opening. At contract signing, performance security and security for labour, materials, and services will be required. Eligible bidders must have an establishment in Quebec, or in a jurisdiction covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, and must hold the required building licence where applicable.
