Description
Osceola County School District is soliciting vendor proposals for Category One telecommunications services for 76 educational entities. The requested scope includes internet access and data transmission at capacities from 25 to 100 Gbps, with optional tiers up to 250 Gbps; leased dark fiber; leased lit fiber; Category One network equipment; and Category One maintenance and operations. Installation and initial configuration are required for the requested services. The pricing workbook also requests a detailed Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation solution, including its commercial availability to similarly sized enterprise customers and any separate charges. Vendors must price eligible and ineligible monthly recurring, installation, non-special-construction, and special-construction costs, including future-site special construction pricing. The solicitation uses an initial 60-month term with two additional 60-month renewal periods, covering pricing years 2027–2032, 2032–2037, and 2037–2042.
