The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 12 FINGER 38 PORT components, NSN 2040-01-476-4695, part number 7401535-002, for the LCAC deep-skirt application. The item is identified as a critical application item and a restricted-source item requiring Navy engineering source approval; approved suppliers are listed in the approved item data, and other suppliers must complete the specified testing and project validation. The supply must meet the stated DLA packaging, preservation, marking, inspection, shelf-life, domestic-material, and quality requirements.
