Description
CHC is seeking a contractor to replace Rooftop Unit #5 at its facility. The contractor must coordinate and schedule all work with CHC to minimize impacts on patient care and staff workflows, and some work outside normal business hours will be required. A vendor site review is scheduled for August 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The opportunity may be subject to Connecticut state contract compliance requirements, including prevailing wage, 25% Small Business Enterprise participation, 6.25% Minority/Woman/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation, and nondiscrimination requirements enforced by the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. Woman- and minority-owned organizations are encouraged to bid.
