Description
The United Nations Development Programme Haiti is seeking suppliers for three complete photovoltaic solar kits to equip reconstructed health centers in Haiti's Southern Department. Each kit is specified to include approximately 10 kWp of bifacial monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, 20 kWh of lithium battery storage at 48 V, an 8 kW hybrid inverter with integrated MPPT, backup compatibility with the electrical grid and/or a generator, and all required structures, cabling, DC/AC protection, grounding, monitoring, and installation accessories. The supplier must provide new equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, user and maintenance documentation, a minimum 12-month warranty, spare-parts availability where applicable, and after-sales technical support. Delivery is required within 20 calendar days of the purchase order, with delivery to the Centre Communautaire de Santé de Maniche and to the École Professionnelle des Cayes for the other two health centers. The procurement uses a lowest-priced substantially compliant quotation evaluation and requires technical, legal, experience, financial, and sustainability information through the supplier portal.
