Submission Instructions
Description
The City seeks portable toilets of various sizes for rental on an as-needed basis, along with related rental items such as handwashing stations. Proposals should describe available models, sizes, ADA accessibility, included and optional amenities, product quality, rental pricing, and any associated items offered. The contractor will provide maintenance services, including toilet pumping, cleaning and disinfection, replenishment of chemicals and urinal cakes, and replacement of sanitizer and tissue. The proposal must explain service frequency and schedules, ordering procedures, delivery and service availability, response times, and pricing. The contract has a one-year initial term with up to four additional one-year renewals. The City also requests experience and staffing information, at least four similar-work references from the past three years, pricing and payment terms, and information about planned participation by small and other identified businesses.
