Description
The project includes renovations to the A.L. Freeman Pool building and general site civil improvements to Freeman Park. Building work includes new pool mechanical equipment and locker room and lighting upgrades. Park work includes a concrete drop-off, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, irrigation service, new fencing, and lighting and security upgrades. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for general contractors intending to submit a bid.
