Description
The City of O'Fallon is soliciting sealed bids for a one-time purchase of new water piping and appurtenances for its Water Division's water main installation project. The requested materials include Type K copper tubing, ductile iron and PVC water pipe, pipe fittings, gate valves, fire hydrants, corporation and curb stops, unions, repair clamps, couplings, valve boxes, service boxes, tapping sleeves, service saddles, restraints, and related accessories. The bid pricing schedule contains 16 estimated line items, including 3,000 linear feet of 8-inch C900 DR18 PVC pipe, tees, elbows, gate valves, hydrants, risers, and lubricant. Prices must include delivery and handling, and the materials must be delivered to the City's Water Division.
