Description
The Town of Russia is soliciting bids for 2027 deliveries of heating fuel oil and off-road diesel. Heating oil is to be delivered to the town offices and highway garage; off-road diesel is to be delivered to the town garage. Bidders may quote any or all items and must provide both a firm price and a fluctuating price reflecting changes in fuel held in the tanks. The heating oil price must include one cleaning for each of three furnaces in November. Quotes must include non-collusion certificates and confirm same-day emergency repair service availability.
