Description
This opportunity is for the fabrication and delivery of a box culvert system for Fort Drum, NY. The culvert will be approximately 5 feet wide by 6 feet high with a length of 51.7 feet, consisting of 8 sections. The scope includes cutoff walls for both ends of the culvert, four wingwalls (8 feet long each), and two headwalls (1 foot wide by 1 foot high each). Neoprene gaskets will be installed on each box section prior to delivery. The design assumes an HL-93 Live Load Rating and Class 100 Tracked/Class 120 Wheeled loading in accordance with UFC 3-310-08. The culvert will have a skew angle of 24 degrees with the road. All drawings and submittals must be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in New York, with supporting calculations provided.
