Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 17 titanium, hot-rolled, annealed metal sheets measuring 0.012 inches thick by 36 inches wide by 96 inches long, conforming to the specified SAE AMS4900S and SAE AMS2809B requirements and the technical data package. Exact dimensions are required, and test coupons are not permitted. The supplier must comply with Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors requirements, provide a Certificate of Quality Compliance with each shipment, apply continuous identification markings, and meet specified DLA packaging, preservation, palletization, and MIL-STD-129 marking requirements. Delivery is required within 163 days after order, FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance.
