Description
Santé Québec Chaudière-Appalaches is soliciting service providers to perform snow removal from roofs at its facilities. The procurement will be awarded by lot, and bidders may submit proposals for one or more lots rather than all lots. A successful provider must apply the same hourly rate to every facility included in the awarded lot. The contract is scheduled to begin November 1, 2026, and run for two years and seven months. Bidders must meet applicable qualification, licensing, certification, tax-compliance, language, and public-contract eligibility requirements. A bidder without an establishment in Québec must submit the applicable declaration form in place of a Revenu Québec attestation, and all bidders must submit the required lobbying-activities declaration.
