Description
The Ohio Department of Transportation is soliciting an MBE set-aside bid for complete installation of an owner-supplied 142-inch inside-diameter/144-inch outside-diameter Smooth-Cor conduit liner inside an existing culvert structure at bridge SFN 3003302, project GUE-I77-14.87. The contractor must use the staged liner segments and associated hardware, inspect the supplied materials before bidding, and include any necessary resupply, installation, rigging, falsework, and site-preparation costs in its pricing. The work also includes reviewing and using or modifying existing temporary works, providing supplemental pumping and water-control capacity as needed, and removing or rebuilding temporary works after installation. The bidder must submit an installation plan four days before installation, rather than the standard 15-day period. Responses require the provided pricing sheet, an Affirmation and Disclosure Form, and completed Certification Statements through the procurement questionnaire.
