Description
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is soliciting sealed bids for railcar transformer washing and emergency spill response services for its Silverliner IV regional rail fleet. The work will be performed for a three-year period, with a stated contract duration of 1,096 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Bids must be submitted through SEPTA's Electronic Procurement System; mailed or hand-delivered bids will be rejected. A virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled, but attendance is not mandatory. The solicitation is subject to applicable nondiscrimination, disadvantaged business enterprise opportunity, equal employment opportunity, and contractor eligibility certification requirements.
