Description
The City of Dothan, Alabama is accepting sealed bids for the maintenance of ice machines at various city facilities. The contract includes all necessary materials, labor, and related tasks as specified in the bid documents. Bids will be received by the Finance Department until 2:00 p.m. on September 8, 2026, and publicly opened in the City Commission Chambers. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 11, 2026, at the General Services office. Proposals from bidders who attend the pre-bid conference will be given preference. Questions must be submitted by September 1, 2026, via the Procureware site.
