Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for eight PLATE, METAL items under two purchase requests. Both line items use NSN 9515-01-728-0281 and part number 12-473, with four units required under each purchase request. The solicitation identifies a technical data package revision and CAGE code 1PQ32, and lists domestic-material restrictions, destination inspection, and applicable DLA packaging, marking, and palletization requirements.
