Description
The St. Tammany Parish School Board seeks a comprehensive curriculum for students in grades 3–12 taking the LEAP Connect assessment. The curriculum should address Louisiana LEAP Connect standards across subject areas, emphasize literacy and the Science of Reading, accommodate students with complex learning and communication needs, and support academic, employment, and living skills. The primary instructional approach should involve direct teacher-student instruction rather than online learning alone. Proposals should describe assessments, instructional placement and progress monitoring, accommodations, grade coverage, research and evidence of results, and ongoing support. Professional development must be offered. If the product has a digital component, vendors must address compatibility with Chromebooks and Windows 11 or higher, iPad compatibility, rostering, and whether it is web-based or locally installed. Vendors must provide product and pricing information for materials, professional development, training, digital licenses, and related implementation costs, including per-student or per-teacher pricing and any recurring costs. The proposal must follow the stated seven-section format and include three comparable references, research and studies, support details, contract and warranty information, and a complete cost quotation. Required forms include the Proposal Information Form, notarized Affidavit for Compliance, STPSB Contract Addendum, applicable federal certifications, Non-Collusion Statement, and Firearm Anti-Discriminatory Act disclosure. The solicitation states that pricing is valid from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2030, with an option to extend pricing for one additional year by mutual agreement.
