Description
The Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office is soliciting bids for specified quantities of men's and women's hybrid shirts across sizes from small through 5XL. Shirts must be available in LAPD navy, black, silvertan, spruce green, and white, and must have Velcro badge patches, name strips, and shoulder patches sewn on; the agency supplies the patches. Each shirt must be folded separately and boxed by size. The specified styles are Flying Cross F1 85VS78 for men's shirts and F1 185VS78 for women's shirts, or an equivalent product. Bidders proposing an alternate brand must identify the brand and stock numbers and provide complete product specifications; samples may be requested. Bidders must indicate a delivery date. The bid is valid for one year from the award date, and the general instructions state that the contract term is one year unless otherwise specified.
