Description
The City of Waycross is seeking an experienced water storage tank maintenance firm for a long-term, full-service agreement covering inspection, rehabilitation, as-needed repairs, recoating, washout services, and preventive maintenance for seven water storage tanks within the City's water system. The selected firm will assume full responsibility and accountability for maintenance issues related to the City's water storage tank system. A mandatory pre-bid inspection requires potential bidders to climb and inspect all seven tanks before bidding; failure to attend results in disqualification. Addendum 4 extends the proposal closing date to October 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time, and requires acknowledgment of the addendum along with all previously issued addenda.
