Description
The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles seeks a contractor to provide routine lawn care and seasonal grounds maintenance at its Birmingham Field Office. Work includes mowing twice monthly during the growing season, trimming and edging, clearing clippings and debris, seasonal leaf removal, and shrub maintenance. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and transportation, and submit a service report with each monthly invoice. The agreement is capped at $25,000 over a maximum term of five years, with annual renewals by written agreement. Subcontracting and outsourcing are prohibited; the awarded contractor must perform the work with its own employees and resources. Proof of liability insurance and applicable licenses must be provided upon request and before services begin. The service period is stated to begin in November 2026.
