Description
Ripple Academy is soliciting proposals for E-Rate Category 2 internal connections and basic maintenance. The requested solution includes approximately 56,000 feet of Category 6 cabling, data jacks, faceplates, patch panels, cable management supplies, patch cables, a firewall, server racks, network switches, a router, transceivers, UPS units, wireless access points, and associated software, licenses, connectors, components, installation, configuration, shipping, travel, and per diem. Equivalent products are permitted where specified. The solicitation requests pricing for eligible and ineligible equipment and services, including recurring maintenance and software or license support. Proposals must include a combined proposal PDF, a separate Excel pricing file, and a contract PDF, and must be submitted through the designated online procurement portal. The buyer may purchase some, all, or none of the requested items and may consider multi-year contracts and voluntary extensions.
