Description
Shared Health Manitoba is seeking a supplier to operate a retail pharmacy in space provided at Boundary Trails Health Centre. The supplier must provide retail pharmaceutical goods and related items; procure, receive, store, and pay for inventory and supplies; manage and supervise the operation; maintain the pharmacy and serving areas; provide customer service and ongoing operational support; and obtain all required permits and pharmacy establishment licences. The supplier is responsible for necessary equipment and improvements, including point-of-sale systems, information technology equipment, furniture, signage, and any required electrical, mechanical, security, fire-alarm, audiovisual, lighting, data, telephone, and internet infrastructure modifications. The supplier must also maintain comprehensive general product and public liability insurance of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence and name the specified health centre and site parties as additional insureds. The proposed agreement is for five years with three one-year option terms at Shared Health's discretion.
