Description
East Goshen Township is soliciting bids for the supply of approximately 2,000 gallons of 89-octane, 10% ethanol, unleaded gasoline and 8,000 gallons of #2 diesel fuel. Bidders must bid all items; quantities are estimates, and an escalator clause applies. The contract term is 12 months. The successful bidder must provide documentation of compliance with the Federal Drug and Alcohol Policy and a certificate of insurance. A performance bond or certified check equal to 50% of the grand total is required within 30 days after award notification. The bid must be submitted on the Township-provided forms.
