Description
The contractor must prepare and deliver boxed noon meals for Armed Forces applicants processing at the Jacksonville Military Entrance Processing Station. Each meal must include a specified sandwich, lettuce, tomato, chips, cookie, apple or banana, straw, napkin, condiments, and access to required cold beverages. The contractor must provide food, facilities, equipment, supplies, labor, transportation, and management; use compliant licensed food-service facilities and enclosed clean vehicles; and transport and serve meals during the specified midday service window. The requirement includes daily cleanup of the serving and dining area, trash removal, meal-count administration, applicant meal-voucher signatures, and monthly invoicing. The government estimates an average of 96 meals per day, with a maximum of 250, and may require additional mission-day meals. The contract is structured as a one-year base period with two one-year options. Subcontracting is permitted, subject to the stated requirements and notification obligations.
