Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or individuals to provide arbitrage rebate compliance consulting services during the January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, contract term. The scope involves arbitrage calculations for approximately eight General Improvement bond issues and six Sewer Improvement bond issues. The Township identifies AMTEC as the current rebate consultant. Responses must address the respondent’s qualifications, firm history, key personnel, technical competence, relevant municipal experience, servicing-office location, availability, proposed schedule, compensation and fee structure, conflicts of interest, disciplinary history, and similar past engagements. Required submission materials include the proposal sheet, proposal response, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9.
