Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Division of Purchases, is soliciting bids for a master agreement covering corrugated polypropylene pipe in sizes from 12 to 60 inches, along with split couplers and 45- and 90-degree fittings. Estimated quantities are listed on the Vendor Bid Sheet, but actual purchases will be made through delivery orders and quantities are not guaranteed. Products must conform to AASHTO MP 21-11 and applicable Kentucky Department of Highways specifications, with delivery quoted on a firm calendar-day basis; delivery exceeding 30 days may result in a nonresponsive bid. Bidders must bid all lines and submit actual pricing and delivery information on the attached Vendor Bid Sheet through the Kentucky Vendor Self Service e-procurement system. The resulting master agreement has an initial period beginning upon award and expiring September 30, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options. Federal Highway Administration funding requirements, Buy America/Build America, Buy America compliance, insurance requirements, and related certifications apply. The bid is evaluated using a best-value ranking approach weighted 95% price and 5% delivery.
