Description
The City of Mableton is soliciting proposals from one contractor to provide recurring janitorial services five days per week, generally after 6:00 p.m., for approximately 11,630 square feet across three municipal court and administrative office facilities. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning products, disinfectants, tools, trash liners, personal protective equipment, transportation, and quality-control documentation. Services include cleaning courtrooms, judicial chambers, offices, public areas, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, secure corridors, entrances, holding cells, and other authorized areas. The scope also includes weekly, monthly, quarterly, emergency, event-related, deep-cleaning, floor-care, carpet-cleaning, and other supplemental services as requested. Contractors must provide screened and trained personnel, controlled-access procedures, security awareness, quality-assurance records, service logs, inspections, corrective actions, emergency response, and backup staffing. The anticipated structure is a one-year initial term with up to four additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must include a technical proposal, cost schedule, references, certifications and training records, background-check policy documentation, exceptions and assumptions, and the required submission checklist; several compliance exhibits are required only after selection.
