Description
Ione School District is seeking an E-Rate-eligible provider for standalone data transmission service to connect a new sports complex site to the District’s wide area network. The requested capacity is between 1 Gbps and 10 Gbps, with one service connection required. Installation and initial configuration are included in the request. The selected provider must maintain compliance with Schools and Libraries Division requirements and provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). Proposals must comply with applicable Oregon procurement laws and should be concise, relevant to the requested services, and free of excessive marketing material. The solicitation identifies late submission, noncompliance with SLD requirements, and proposals unrelated to the requested services as disqualification factors.
