Description
NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center requires six Philtec RC31-Bv275-C1E1QT1 or equivalent displacement sensor packages, including probes, cabling, associated electronics, and ConFlat hardware. The sensors must support cryogenic vacuum-chamber measurements, tolerate specified pressure and temperature ranges, provide a 0-to-5-volt analog output, and meet stated bandwidth, resolution, and measurement-range requirements. Calibration certificates are required. The requirement also includes calibration of five proximity probes to a 0.4-inch-diameter round target, calibration of one probe to a flat target, onsite manufacturing, onsite calibration, onsite quality inspections, and shipping. The stated delivery period is no greater than 10 weeks for the sensor and calibration line items. The notice is a sole-source capability inquiry identifying Philtec, Inc. as the only known provider; responses are capability statements only, not quotes.
